Join as a Pain Management Physician in Washington State (permanent, full-time, 4-day week) providing assessments, interventional procedures (epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, RFA, SCS implantation), medication management, patient education and documentation. Salary $400K–$450K plus up to $20K sign-on, bonus potential, relocation, retirement match, and benefits. - MD or DO from an accredited US/Canadian medical school - Residency in Anesthesiology or PM&R (US/Canada) - ACGME-accredited 1-year Pain Management fellowship - Eligible for state medical licensure

Beautiful island location in Washington State. Pain Management physician sought for patient assessment, treatment planning, interventional procedures (Epidural Steroid Injections, Nerve Blocks, RFA, SCS implantation), medication management, patient education, record keeping. This opportunity will include competitive compensation based on MGMA and experience, bonus potential, sign on, relocation, retirement match, health/medical/dental, pet insurance available. Requirements: Satisfactory completion of an accredited American or Canadian medical school, American or Canadian residency program in Anesthesiology or PM&R, Completion of a specialized 1 year clinical fellowship in pain management, which must be ACGME Accredited.

Salary Range: $400,000 - $450,000 Sign on Incentive up to $20K
