- 100% Outpatient clinic associated with local hospital
- M-F, 5x 8s or 4x 10s
- 20-25 ppd
- 25-bed critical access hospital
Our family medicine clinic is fully equipped to address a comprehensive array of acute and chronic conditions, offering a diverse range of diagnostic testing and treatment options for conditions including, but not limited to:
- Endocrinology
- Cardiovascular
- Genitourinary
- Rheumatology
- Neurology
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Advanced Practice Provider with a focus on Geriatrics
- Relevant certifications required
- Experience in geriatric care preferred
- Accepting H1B visas and J1 waivers
- Accepting new grads
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
- $150,000 guaranteed salary + RVU ($20k-$50k/year)
- $20k Signing, up to $20k relocation
