Salary and Benefits
- Salary: $240,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in two installments: $5,000 after orientation and $5,000 after one year of successful employment)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and pediatric populations, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary medical team to support the organization s mission and goals
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
- Deliver care in alignment with managed care requirements and quality standards
Requirements
- Active Colorado Medical License as an MD or DO
- Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine preferred
- Current DEA Certificate, including Suboxone DEA
- CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-12 months)
- Eligibility for malpractice insurance coverage
- Proficiency in computer use, including EMR systems
