Opportunity:

RN - CCU Inpatient

Job Details:

• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Provide direct patient care in critical care unit setting
• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Deliver relationship-based patient centered care adapted to population specific characteristics
• Coordinate care delivery and documentation for safe, quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment
• Function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in decisive, composed manner
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS, and ACLS (within 180 days)
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent time management, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills required
• Complete mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities
