Principal Accountabilities
- Pulling in pallets, feeding the line, packing, tape machine and stack off
- Be able to stack and scan boxes
- Be able to perform basic math
- Be trained on pieces of equipment, including but not limited to PIT (Walkie Rider)
- Trained on SSOP and maintain warehouse cleanliness (Picking up sticks, straps, fixing broken pallets before putting into storage
- Other duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Detail Oriented
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed including weekends as needed
- Must be able to work in a cold and fast paced environment and be able to lift product and boxes
- Be able to lift 60-70 lbs. to heights of 80 inches throughout each day
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehousing experience
- Previous Cargill experience
- Work history in the past 12 months
