WCS Healthcare is seeking a Spanish-speaking Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a hospital-based primary care practice in Rockland County. This is an employed position offering a competitive compensation plan, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, and disability), a retirement plan, CME and licensing expenses, 37 days of PTO, and paid medical malpractice with tail coverage.

Job Function:

• 100% outpatient care with a focus on adult patients (ages 16 and up).
• Join a well-established private practice that became part of the hospital medical group in 2012.
• Benefit from hospital support while maintaining the autonomy of a private practice.
• Start with 8-10 patients per day, with the goal of building to 15-20.
• Collaborate with an experienced provider with a strong background in internal medicine and pulmonology.
• Standard business hours with one later evening shift until 6 PM (no weekends).
• Telephone call rotation approximately 1:14, taken one week at a time.
