Join our dedicated team at Mercy Hospital Washington, where your skills and compassion directly impact lives. As part of our ICU/TCU team, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced 19-bed unit comprised of a 13-bed Intensive Care Unit and a 6-bed Transitional Care Unit (step-down). Our strong interdisciplinary teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care make this an ideal environment for both experienced nurses and recent graduates.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program

• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license. Must meet all state board requirements.

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – Required

  • Additional unit-specific certifications as applicable

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds regularly

  • Prolonged standing and walking required

  • Must be able to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as part of regular duties
