A Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner serves as the sole provider at a rural clinic in South Dakota or Minnesota, managing 5-6 family medicine visits daily with medical assistant support. The role offers a full-time schedule, comprehensive on-site lab services, and opportunities to provide virtual support to nearby clinics. A highly regarded organization of Federal Qualified Health Centers in rural South Dakota and Minnesota is seeking to add a permanent PA or CNP. This is a charming rural community just off I-90 roughly halfway between Rapid City and Sioux Falls.
