Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position in Virginia, requiring an active VA or compact RN license and at least one year of recent Med/Surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital Med/Surg unit (5E) with 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 13-week contract assignment
• Works exclusively in the Med/Surg unit
• Responsible for providing care to a diverse adult Med/Surg patient population
• Applicants must submit a complete profile, including application, references, verification documents, and certifications
• This position does not accept Canadian SSNs

Requirements

• Active VA or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
