Position Summary:
HumanEdge Health is seeking a dedicated Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Minden, LA. This role offers consistent day shifts with a guaranteed 32-hour workweek, providing the opportunity to deliver high-quality care to a diverse outpatient and SNF patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.

• Document patient progress and outcomes according to facility and regulatory standards.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs.

• Adapt treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of each patient.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Current Physical Therapist license in Louisiana required

• Experience: Outpatient and SNF experience preferred

• Skills: Strong patient assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills

• Flexibility: Willingness to float to other clinic locations as needed
