We are seeking a Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon for short-term coverage during the holidays in South Carolina!

Job Details:

• Dates: November (Thanksgiving & weekend), December (Christmas & weekend)

• Practice Setting: Hospital rounding and surgery as required

• Schedule: 24-hour shifts

• Call: To be assigned

• Documentation/EMR: EPIC

Required Procedures/Surgeries:

• Aneurysm Repair

• Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)

• Heart Valve Replacement

Preferred/Additional Procedures:

• Cardiothoracic surgery

Travel Reimbursement:

• Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate

• Any additional expenses require facility approval

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Surgery REQUIRED

• Fellowship Training in Cardiovascular Surgery REQUIRED

• Active South Carolina License REQUIRED

• Active ACLS REQUIRED

• Self-query NPDB report at time of presentation REQUIRED

• Clean background REQUIRED
