Academic Emergency Medicine Physician; 12-hr shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a); APC shifts 11a-7p daily and 3p-11p Sun/Mon; onsite pulmonologist covers 6-bed open ICU; Cerner EMR; locum tenens assignment (duration as needed) in hospital setting. - Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine - Valid state medical license for assignment - Current ACLS; PALS/ATLS preferred - Experience in high-volume ED (~32 pts/shift) - Malpractice coverage arranged or eligible

Emergency Medicine Physician This facility is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Approximately 32 patients per physician per shift; Physician shift times: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM APC shifts are 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM daily, and 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Sunday & Monday Cardiology, General Surgery, GI, Nephrology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Pulmonology; on-site pulmonologist covers ICU (6 beds, open) EMR: Cerner AMN Healthcare typically arranges medical or dental malpractice insurance for the contractor providers we match to client opportunities.
