Job Description & Requirements

- Driver's license required at submittal
- Will not approve blocked scheduling unless its weekends only
- Will not take a duo who needs to share care or needs same schedule
- Weekend Requirements: Every offer
- Holiday Requirements: Rotating with perm staff
- Floating Requirements: Yes to MedSurg or to ICU to take PCU acuity patients
- Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1830, 1830-0630 / Smart Square online scheduling
