Intensive Care Consortium (ICC) is seeking an experienced acute care nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Qualified Candidates:- Acute care certified or experienced PA
- At least 12 months ICU experience preferred
- APP providers must be proficient with, and credentialed to perform routine Critical Care procedures including central and arterial line placement, intubations, dialysis catheter access, and management of mechanical ventilation.
- Night Shift Only
- 12-hour shifts covering a 30-bed medical/surgical ICU and 12-bed CV ICU with mandatory Intensivist consults, Average Daily Census 20-25 patients
- Structure:1 MD & 1 APP (7am to 7pm); 1 MD & 1 APP (7 pm to 7 am)
- Busy program with high acuity patient population
- Ability to work Full Time, 13 shifts per month
- Teaching Facility with GME program
