They manage staff scheduling, uphold safety and sanitation regulations, and resolve guest issues to maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires prior restaurant leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Supervise and coordinate all Front of House and Kitchen activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Previous experience in leading a Team in a Restaurant (QSR, Fast Casual, Full Service, or Catering business)
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
