- Flexible hours 7am - 5:30pm or 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday
- 3 - 5 patient ramp up with 60 - 90 minute initials and 30 minute follow-ups
- Experience with complex cognitive/behavioral patients and infusion therapy
- Weekend coverage consideration available
- Hospital privileges required
