About the Clinician's Workday The emergency medicine physician will provide comprehensive emergency medical care during variable shift lengths including 8-hour days, 9-hour nights, and 10-hour weekends with no call requirements. The clinician will evaluate and treat emergency department patients while maintaining accurate documentation and coordinating patient care. Board certification in Emergency Medicine through ABEM is mandatory along with active Massachusetts licensure and prescriptive authority. The position requires managing diverse emergency presentations and working collaboratively with nursing staff and support personnel.
