Opportunity Description
HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a primarily telephone triage role within an outpatient setting. This assignment focuses on patient assessment over the phone, care coordination, education, and provider support.

Position Highlights

• 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday

• Weekly orientation

• Flu vaccine required prior to start

• ASAP start dates only

• Active MA RN license required

Job Duties

• Perform telephone triage and patient assessments

• Provide patient education, teaching, and follow-up support

• Collaborate with providers to relay test results and coordinate care

• Connect patients with appropriate community and healthcare resources

• Assist with continuity of care across the department

Experience & Skills Required

• Active Massachusetts RN license

• BLS (AHA)

• Strong assessment and communication skills

• Prior triage or ambulatory experience preferred
