Must have 1 year of recent experience, must be able to interpret and sign off tele strips
Licenses: WI/Compact License in hand
Certs: BLS, NIHSS must have in hand before interviewing
Must include 2 supervisor references within 1 year and one from most recent/current assignment in hand at submittal
Weekends: Every Other
