AnMed Medical Center is seeking experienced Neurosurgeons to join their locum pool for upcoming inpatient coverage. This is a chance to provide critical support at a Trauma Level II facility while working alongside a dedicated team. Emergency temporary privileges are available for immediate onboarding active SC license, DEA, and 100% clean background required (no exceptions).

Assignment Dates

• November 27 (7a) December 1 (7a)

• December 24 (7a) December 29 (7a)
  (Must be available for both sets of dates)

Job Details

• Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based only

• Reason for Coverage: Call burden relief

• Average Cases: Varies

• Trauma Level: II

• EMR: Epic

• Support Staff: Dedicated PA assistance Monday Friday

• Patient Demographic: Adults only

Required Procedures

• Neurosurgery cases (adult & trauma)

• Brain bleed management/stoppage

• Spine surgery procedures, including laminectomy

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified Neurosurgeon Required

• Active South Carolina License & DEA Required

• 100% Clean Background Required

• No new grads; must demonstrate excellent experience, strong references, and prior training
