As a Production Line Associate, you’ll work in a team-oriented environment, supporting key steps in the assembly and packaging process to ensure high-quality products are delivered efficiently.
Job Title: Production Line Associate – Entry Level
Location: Bristol, IN
Pay Range: 1st Shift: $16.65/hr | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
2nd Shift: $18.15/hr | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM (Mon–Fri)
No mandatory overtime
What's the Job?
- Load bottles and containers onto the production line
- Apply caps and verify product labels and lot numbers
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Pack and prepare items for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area during production and downtime
What's Needed?
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift boxes as required
- No prior experience needed—comprehensive training provided!
