RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Position eligible for 48 guaranteed hours
• Available shifts: 4 day shifts and 2 night shifts
• Shift times: 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend requirement: 2 shifts per month
• No call requirements
• Patient ratio: 6:1
• 36-bed unit with 69 staff members
• Day shift staffing: 1 Charge nurse, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs, 1 secretary
• Night shift staffing: 1 Charge nurse, 6 RNs, 3 PCTs
• Equipment used: Alaris pumps, wound vacs, IV pumps
• EMR system: Meditech
• Required certifications: BLS/ACLS
• Preferred: Flexible schedule
• Dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs required, no hoodies or sweatshirts
• Unit participates in Med/Surg Spotlight recognition program and quality awards for patient safety
