Occupational Therapist in Occupational Therapist Unit at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.

The practice of occupational therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning, and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families as well as to foster a positive working relationship among professionals and ancillary staff. Position requires general supervision.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school.
• Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Occupational Therapy.
• 1 year rehabilitation experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
