Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
  • Previous pest control industry experience is required
  • Proven ability to hire, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve results
  • Demonstrated success in hitting sales goals and KPI targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Outgoing personality and a high level of professionalism


Sales Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Lead, develop, and train the sales team to consistently exceed growth targets
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations for the Berry Hill location
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor sales representatives
  • Cultivate customer relationships and serve as a key point of contact
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Foster a positive, results-driven team culture
