What You'll Do: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and diagnose a wide range of childhood illnesses and injuries. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for patients. Manage patient admissions, conduct rounds, and oversee care delivery in the inpatient setting (as needed). Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Who You Are: Board-certified Pediatrician in good standing with the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP). Current and active license to practice medicine in Wisconsin (WI) or through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC). Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues. Proficient in EPIC electronic medical record system. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
