? A private practice (single-specialty) group, currently three ENT surgeons, planning for retirement or semi-retirement of senior ENT surgeon ? Employed by Hospital with guaranteed annual salary of $335,000 plus a WRVU productivity model ? Signing bonus, $25,000 ? Educational loan repayment $10,000 each year ? Relocation expenses reimbursed, up to $10,000 ? $3,000 CME/annual ? Paid occurrence medical liability insurance ? Additional full benefit program to include health insurance, pension plan, 31 days of paid time off and 40l-K options, etc. ? Office space ideally located with good proximity to ambulatory surgery center and Hospital ? Call 1:3 ? The hospital is licensed for 287 beds; currently 236 beds are operational. ? Catchment population: 250,000.
