A Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician is sought to join an outpatient ambulatory clinic in Olympia Fields, IL, providing oversight and education for internal medicine residents. The role includes direct patient care, teaching responsibilities, and involvement in curriculum development and scholarly activities. Olympia Fields Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m; 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative work hours Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 20-25 in 8/hr day Call Schedule: 1:15 Sign-On Bonus Compensation: $261,543 - $300,000 Benefits: - Generous recruitment bonus program including relocation allowance; commencement and retention packages- Paid malpractice- 27 days of Allowed Time Off plus 5 days for CME with an annual stipend- Full benefits package, including health, life, dental, vision and legal insurance- Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a)- Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability- Leadership development through board and committee opportunities Additional Info: Seeking a BC Internal Medicine Physician to join the team for the Internal Medicine Residency Program and provide oversight for residents at our Outpatient Ambulatory Clinic.The Ideal Candidate will possess:- Board Certification in Internal Medicine- Experience in the education and training of medical students, residents, or fellows- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills- Experience in scholarly activity- Strong organizational management skills and competencies in trainee oversight- Proficiency in teaching and curriculum development, and implementationThe selected physician will play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the program, collaborating closely with the Program Director and fellow faculty members.
