Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a Mammography Technologist for a day shift assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent mammography experience and appropriate certification.
Responsibilities
- Work in a dedicated mammography department
- Day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, five days per week
- 13-week travel contract
- Focused on performing mammography imaging studies
- No local candidates will be considered; must live more than 65 miles from the facility
- Perform routine and screening mammography exams as assigned
- Must adhere to departmental policies and imaging quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography
- Active relevant license required if applicable
- Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- U.S. Social Security Number required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
