We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in Maryland starting Jan 23, 2026. This role features 7-day inpatient day coverage stretches each month, with shifts from 8am to 5pm. The assignment involves working in an inpatient setting with a focus on day shifts and no night call.

Responsibilities and Duties- Provide inpatient day coverage for cardiology services
- Perform echocardiography lab and intraoperative transesophageal echocardiograms (TEEs) if experienced
- Manage acute and ongoing cardiac cases in a hospital setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management
Additional Information- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology required
- Maryland medical license required
- Experience with echo lab and intraoperative TEEs preferred
- No night call responsibilities
