This role entails providing obstetrics and gynecology medical care, including managing patient admissions from labor, gynecology, and emergency room cases. The physician is required to cover 3 to 5 shifts per month with 24-hour call preferred, coordinating closely with emergency room staff and support teams such as RNs, LPNs, and scrub techs. Advanced life support certifications (ACLS and BLS) are mandatory for handling critical situations like ectopics and miscarriages.
