NextCare Urgent Care is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team at our Arvada, CO clinic. You will provide high-quality, efficient care to urgent care patients with a wide range of needs across all ages.
Clinic Hours
Providers will be scheduled 3 12-hour shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
Day Hours Monday Friday
8:00 AM 8:00 PM Saturday
9:00 AM 6:00 PM Sunday
9:00 AM 6:00 PMShift scheduling may vary based on clinic coverage requirements.
Compensation
• $60 $80 per hour based on experience
• Additional compensation opportunities based on productivity
Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat urgent care and occupational health patients
• Provide compassionate, respectful care aligned with our mission and values
• Clearly communicate treatment plans and follow-up needs
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our EHR
• Ensure appropriate coding/billing for services rendered
• Maintain productivity consistent with urgent care benchmarks
• Provide follow-up care or referrals as indicated
Required Qualifications
• Active and unrestricted Colorado PA or NP license
• Active DEA (or willingness to obtain)
• PA NCCPA Certified
• NP ANCC or AANP Certified; FNP strongly preferred
• Comfortable treating all age groups (infant to geriatric)
• Active BLS Certification
• EHR proficiency
• Ability to work rotating weekends & holidays
• Willingness to obtain DOT Certification (company sponsored)
Preferred Experience
• Urgent Care or ER Fast Track experience
• Initial X-ray interpretation
• Suturing, splinting, I&D skills
