Job Description:

Acts as a liaison between patients and/or patients’ families and the hospital. Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to patient questions, concerns or complaints. Responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Risk Management plan. Reviews and analyzes risk management data and assists Director with developing and implementing plans to reduce risk and liability.

Education Baccalaureate Degree required, BSN preferred

Experience Two years HEALTHCARE (acute care) PREFERRED or relevant experience required

Technical Skills Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

License/Certification Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred.

Other Must have working knowledge of healthcare industry.
