DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hematologist/Oncologist to join our team in providing comprehensive care to patients with blood disorders and cancer in various locations in the state of Texas.
Job Description:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with various blood disorders, including anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, and clotting disorders.
- Provide comprehensive cancer care, including diagnosis, staging, treatment planning, and follow-up.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other cancer treatments.
- Manage side effects and complications associated with cancer treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide multidisciplinary patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in hematology and oncology through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
- Valid medical license in Texas State
- Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating blood disorders and cancer
- Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
