Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Saratoga, NY

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Family Medicine Physician who values flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages.
- Work as part of a dynamic, physician-led care team.
- Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact.
- Participate in a light on-call schedule with phone-only coverage and RN triage.
- Perform telemedicine coverage for designated weekends.
- Collaborate with APPs, with potential for increased compensation.
- Engage in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and records.
- See an average of patients per day.
- Optional roles in hospital medicine or administrative leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications and licensure.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine (within 5 years or currently eligible).
- Active New York State Medical License (or willing to obtain).
- DEA and ACLS certifications by start date.
- Clean malpractice and licensing history.
- Strong interest in providing primary care for all age groups.
- Willingness to work full-time with a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active New York State Medical License.
- DEA certification.
- ACLS certification.
