Role and Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive surgical care, encompassing both elective and emergency procedures. Participate as a key faculty member in an ACGME-accredited Surgery residency program, focusing on the teaching and supervision of residents. Support curriculum development and contribute to resident and program evaluations. Engage in scholarly activities and foster a culture of mentorship and professionalism. Qualifications: Board certification in General Surgery is mandatory. A minimum of 3???5 years post-residency clinical experience is required. Experience in medical education, including resident teaching and program administration, is essential. Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
