Pediatrician Needed in Southwestern Virginia

A long-standing regional medical center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician to join a supportive, collaborative pediatric team. This is a primarily outpatient position with light inpatient/nursery coverage (Level I, 35+ weeks).

Highlights

• 4- or 5-day workweek with shared call: 1 week every 3rd week including nursery
• Daily patient volume: 15-25, approx. 30 births per year
• C-Section attendance not mandatory
• Strong pediatric support team including ARNP, OBGYN, and Family Medicine collaboration
• Epic EMR in place
• Academic affiliation and Internal Medicine Residents on site

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $220,000 (negotiable) + wRVU and $15,000 performance bonus
• Sign-on and relocation assistance
• 6 weeks PTO, $4,000 CME allowance
• Full medical, dental, vision, 403(b) with match, and student loan forgiveness
• Malpractice coverage with tail included
