7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
36 hours per week
Minimum of 3–4 weekend shifts per schedule
Holiday rotation required

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care across multiple medical-surgical units based on staffing needs
Float between the Main Hospital and Ashley River Tower within scope of practice
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and hospital protocols
Document patient care accurately using EPIC charting system

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years recent Medical-Surgical RN experience
Ability to float across med-surg units with varying patient ratios
South Carolina RN license or Multistate/Compact RN license
First-time travelers accepted

Current Certifications

BLS (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior float pool experience
Experience working in large academic or trauma centers

Local radius: 60 miles
Local candidates accepted on a case-by-case basis at 10% reduced bill rate
