Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH, is excited to announce an opportunity for a permanent Neurologist to join our multispecialty group practice affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic. With over 60 employed providers, including 21 primary care specialists, ARMC offers a dynamic and supportive environment for professional growth and patient care.

Job Responsibilities:

See 15-20 patients per day (non-negotiable).
Full-time schedule options available.
On call for 10 days per month.
Focus on 100% adult population.
Minimal trauma cases (0-5%).
Predominantly outpatient care (95%), with limited inpatient responsibilities (5%).
Work alongside 50 physicians and 10 APPs.
Onsite lab and X-Ray facilities.
Support staff includes an EMG technician, LPN, and shared receptionist.
Utilize EMG equipment and EPIC EMR.
Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates.
Credentialing process takes 30-60 days.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology (required).
State of Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).
Current BLS and ACLS certifications (to be obtained by start date).
Recent NPDB report (within 30-60 days of active). No exemptions.
DEA certification (to be obtained prior to start). No exemptions.
Experience with lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, and Botox (required).
Must be open to relocation or residing within a 40-mile radius.
Visa support for J-1 or H-1B candidates (if applicable).
Permanent placement fee requirement (details to be discussed).

Licensing and Certification Requirements:

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology.
Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain one.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
DEA certification before the start date.
