This position is for a Physical Therapist in an acute care rehabilitation setting, responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, education, and therapy implementation under occasional supervision. Candidates must hold a physical therapy license and BLS certification, with experience preferred in rehabilitation and neonatal therapy. Description
The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of therapeutic techniques to address the needs of patients and their families with supervisory guidance as needed. Otherwise, a physical therapist shall work independently without direction supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Upon hire: Texas Physical Therapy Assistant License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Neonatal Therapist (CCH acute only): Graduation from an accredited program.
- 2 years experience in rehabilitation.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
