This position is for an Internal Medicine Physician providing primary care to vulnerable, moderate to low-income seniors with complex chronic conditions in Plantation, FL. Candidates must be residency trained and board certified or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine, with Spanish language skills preferred.

Primary Care Physician Plantation, FL
COMPENSATION: Salary $250k+ Incentive Bonus + Signing Bonus up to $50k

Our approach enables us to drive key quality and cost outcomes that create value for patients, physicians, and the overall health system. We are able to practice medicine the way it should be practiced. We build relationships with our patients the old fashion way, we have a reduced patient panel that allows us to see them with a higher frequency. Simply put, we give our patients the time and respect they deserve and require.

Role:

Compensation: Base $250k
Bonus: Up to 20% of base salary
Partnership: No Buy-in. usually within 12-18 months.
18-20 patients a day
Hours: Monday Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15)

Administrative time included in schedule
No nights or weekends
100% outpatient
Dedicated Care and support team (have your own MA/Scheduler/Referral specialist)
Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases

Requirements:

Residency Trained IM/FM
Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
Bilingual: Spanish Speaking (preferred)
