Day shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7am-730pm; 830a9pm; On call rotation and every other weekend
Minimum of 18 months recent Dialysis experience.
Must have 18 months perm Dialysis PRIOR to travel.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA or client BLS & ACLS required
*ONE recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission
We provide “IHD” - hemodialysis services in both a dialysis unit for patients who are stable enough to come there, and at the bedside of ICU patients who need hemodialysis and cannot travel. We also connect and disconnect patients from their peritoneal dialysis treatment. We do not provide CRRT therapy- that is managed by ICU nurses.
For the actual machines for IHD we primarily have Fresenius machines but we would provide a full orientation to the machines themselves. We do not do PIRRT / use Tablo Machines at all at FV.
