Schedule3x12-Hour rotating shifts: Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Shifts may be variable based on operational needs.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 18 months recent experience. The chosen candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, ensuring optimal outcomes for every patient.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Tele unit.
- Monitor vital signs and ECG for telemetry patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Must have at least 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- Current Ohio nursing license or compact state license in hand.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation is mandatory.
