Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including well visits, sick visits, DOT physicals, chronic disease management, and minor procedures
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribe and manage medications while developing individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the EMR system
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Active Louisiana Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in good standing
