The Hospice opportunity in Indiana-Location: South Bend, IN-Duration: Now open on-going (may consider permanent hire)>can grant emergency privileges-Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a-5p-No call, no weekend-Patients: 100% In patient hospice-Facility: Free standing hospice center-Support staff: Social workers, RNs, Home health aid-Required: Board certified or Board Eligible, Indiana license (prefer Fellowship trained in Hospice/Palliative Care, but will consider those with extensive experience)
