R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Bourg, Louisiana facility.

🔧 The Job:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)

• Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks

• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

• Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

• Follow all environmental and safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers

✅ Requirements:

• Previous SWD (Salt Water Disposal) Operator experience a PLUS!

• Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
