The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential HVAC systems, providing excellent customer service, and working with professional tools in a home-dispatched setting. The role requires at least 2 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the ability to handle physical work such as lifting and entering tight spaces. This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits including insurance and 401(k), and company-provided vehicles and uniforms.
Pay: $40 - $50.00HR plus incentives
SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $5,000.00
Full-time, year-round work EFFECTIVE JAN 2026 - NO ON-CALL

Qualifications:What You Need:
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification
- Ability to provide our custoemr with excellent Customer Service
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
