Academic Geriatric Psychiatry role with leadership and fellowship development opportunity. Full-time Geriatric Psychiatrist, Monday–Friday with rotating phone night call; outpatient clinic, geriatric center and inpatient consults at a 144-bed behavioral health hospital in Eastern North Carolina. Permanent, experienced hire; academic rank tied to experience. - MD/DO with ABPN Psychiatry certification or eligibility
- Fellowship training or significant geriatric psychiatry experience preferred
- Valid NC medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience supervising/teaching residents or medical students
- Eligibility for hospital privileges and credentialing

? Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students
? Potential leadership role as fellowship director for new geriatric fellowship
? Monday?Friday schedule with rotating night call by phone
