• Looking for candidates willing to provide 3+ months of continuous care
• Type of Cases:Medication management, clozaril therapy, CD therapy, food disorders, histories/physicals, consultations
• Credentialing: 2-3 months

• Board Certified in Child/Adolescent
• Licensure: Hawaii
