Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arkansas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits.
- Experience in Home Health settings preferred.
- Experience evaluating functional status, developing home health plans of care, and providing home-based interventions preferred.
