• Outpatient setting
• 8:30 - 5:00 Mon-Fri
• This is an opportunity to work with a seasoned, collaborative team to provide robust Behavioral Health services with over 50 combined years of experience to communities in Northern NH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of outpatient and substance use disorder experience and a Suboxone waiver, or willingness to obtain. This provider would assess, diagnose and treat the mental health needs of patients and monitor and prescribe medications for patients who have mental health disorders or substance abuse problems.
